Job duties and responsibilities

• Capable of allocating work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Assess the degree of hazards and risks to ensure workplace safety is maintained.
• Communicating with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.
• Capable of conducting negotiations during the project to ensure issues are resolved.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Monitoring project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with the building and construction regulations.

Job qualifications/requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position within the Joinery Industry in any GCC countries.
• Preferably candidates with a diploma or bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or equivalent field.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
