Ideally from interior industry background.
Responsibilities:
• Study of scope of works from conceptual design, selections of material or mood board from designers and prepare BOQ and specification.
• Must be have experience in Joinery wooden works, Interior Decoration works.
• Monitor progress, Preparing Payment Application / progress payment claim against Value of Work done for measured works, Variations/Change orders, Material On-Site/Off-Site, Fluctuations, Special payments in accordance with contract.
• Review and cross check projects enquiries.
• Manage and maximize variations during the contract.
• Submit and agree final account statements.
• Accurately update and present the monthly project & Cost reports.
• Manage and prepare loss and expense claims.
• In-depth knowledge of process including both new build and fit-out / refurbishment.
• Provide assistance to Procurement on Vendor finalization, Work orders, Purchase Orders
• Generate cash flow statements, track and update, monitoring the project budget and allocations.
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
• Maintain cost data base, floating enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
