Quantity Surveyor For Furniture Manufacturing
Job Description
A well established Furniture Manufacturing company is looking for UAE Experienced Quantity Surveyor having following qualifications and job knowledge:
• Diploma / Degree in civil engineering or any relevant subject
• Minimum 3 - 4 year's UAE experience is a must
• Good knowledge in MS Office, FIDIC and related documentation.
• Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre tender and post contract matters
• Post contract liaison with clients
• Post contract liaison with design team
• Carry out take offs for material procurement
• Preparation and submission of interim valuations
• measure and value the work done on site
• Manage and value variations
• Preparation and submission of several works final account
• Agreement of final accounts
• Maintains quality service by following organization policies and standards.
• Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Reports updating
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Any other related tasks not limited to the above-mentioned duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
