Their expertise in engineering and construction extends to highways, tunnels, and bridges, using our in-house resources. The Quantity Surveyor will work on major retail and leisure fit-out projects.

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ensuring effective commercial management of subcontractors and suppliers. Thoroughly examining costs to ensure optimal deal negotiations. Communicating and coordinating among site managers, subcontractors, contractors, clients. Producing various documents including reports, contracts, budgets, analyses, and risk assessment. Recommending new strategies and improvements to clients and managers.

Monitoring materials and placing orders as needed. Recording design modifications and keeping budgets up to date. Building and maintaining excellent professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Preparing monthly commercial reports.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a recognised bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and ideally be chartered (RICS). Must have at least 5 years\' relevant experience, preferably with an interior or fit-out company. Must have worked as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE and able to demonstrate managing large packages and work scopes of large build and fit out projects.
