QUATITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR required urgently for a reputed Steel Fabrication company in Sharjah:

Mechanical Engineering / Diploma qualified
Min. 5 years of experience in large scale steel fabrication projects
Good knowledge and exposure in steel fabrication and erection works.
Responsible to prepare BOQ\'s as per authority standards and Preamble for all types of Method of Measurement. Also, experience is all types of contracts and preparation - remeasure, LS, EPC.
Liaise with the team to ensure prompt submittal and completeness of BOQ and Estimates are accurate and ensure quality standard are maintained.
Assist in the review, negotiation and preparation of claim settlements with the or client and the Engineer.
Responsible for the daily execution of the tendering process, reviews and analysis of company risks associated with each tender, accountable for the collation and submission of the tender proposals in accordance with client Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements. Secure a potentially profitable work stream for the business by ensuring that bids are prepared in a timely manner, are attractive to our customers, and meet the company\'s requirements.
Good Communication and analytical skills.
