Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer Civil
Job Description
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
3 to 6 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor - Tendering & Estimation Department Construction Industry
• Prepare and analyze tender documents and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
• Develop cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and rate analysis.
• Assist in value engineering and optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
