Job Description
:
As a Quantity Surveyor Engineer , you will be responsible for:
• Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyzing project specifications and blueprints to determine material and labor costs.
• Managing and monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
• Conducting cost analysis and financial reporting.
• Preparing tender documents and assisting in the bidding process.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Handling project variations and change orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
