Job Summary:

We are looking for a

qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

cost estimation, budget management, contract administration, and project cost control

to ensure successful project execution within the allocated budget.

Key Responsibilities:Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

Prepare

detailed cost estimates

for construction projects. Analyze

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

, tender documents, and project specifications. Conduct

feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis

for project planning.

Tendering & Procurement:

Prepare

tender documents

, contracts, and procurement strategies. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier

quotations and pricing proposals

. Assist in

negotiating contracts and managing procurement

to optimize costs.

Project Cost Control & Monitoring:

Track project

costs, variations, and change orders

. Prepare and submit

monthly progress reports and payment applications

. Conduct

site visits and audits

to monitor work progress and cost implications.

Contract Administration & Claims Management:

Handle

contractual matters, claims, and dispute resolutions

. Ensure compliance with

contract terms, project timelines, and cost control measures

. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding

financial matters

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

.

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience

is Compulsory. Strong knowledge of

FIDIC contracts, UAE construction laws, and DM regulations

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, CostX, MS Excel, and estimation software

. Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

. Ability to

handle multiple projects and work under pressure
