Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. Experience with contractors or quantity surveying firms is required. This is an urgent hiring requirement for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Analyze and compare tender submissions and project costs. Monitor project progress and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions. Advise on procurement strategies and negotiate with suppliers for best prices. Prepare bills of quantities and assist in contract administration. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE, preferably in the construction or contractor sector. A degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering. Knowledge of local market pricing, procurement processes, and cost management. Experience with project cost estimation and budget management. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quantity surveying software.
