Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor with expertise in excavation and pipe laying. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate surveying, ensuring the precision of excavation and pipe installation operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction surveying, including site assessments, mapping, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate site surveys and assessments to support excavation and pipe laying activities.
• Prepare, verify, and adjust maps, drawings, and blueprints based on survey results.
• Utilize survey equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, levels) to determine land measurements, elevations, and alignments.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor and document excavation progress, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations for site adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in surveying for excavation and pipe laying projects.
• Proficient in using survey tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS applications).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, standards, and materials specific to excavation and pipe installations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and meet tight deadlines.
• UAE experience and familiarity with local regulations are highly preferred.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working on large infrastructure projects in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Certifications in relevant safety and construction management courses.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: AED 4,500 -9,500 (depending on experience).
