We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management and project estimation, ensuring our projects are delivered on budget without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for fit-out production projects.
• Analyze project specifications, designs, and requirements to determine accurate costs.
• Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site measurements and valuations to verify work completed.
• Prepare and submit interim and final project valuations and reports.
• Manage change orders, variations, and claims efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in events, exhibitions, or fit-out Industry.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, methods, and market rates.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant local regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing cost control for government projects or high-profile events.
• Familiarity with sustainable materials and cost-efficient practices.
