Job Description
:
- To supervise all site activities & monitoring of all workers functioning at the projects. Obtaining Material approval, drawing approval & site inspection approvals, Collection of Payments from the respective clients based on progress & Final Handing over / Job close out.
- Prepare monthly Interim applications & final valuations.
- Identify changes and prepare variation notifications, variations, and cost proposals.
- Damage Notices and claims.
- Taking-off Quantities.
- Preparation of monthly cost reports and cash flows.
- Value Engineering works.
- Client negotiations and claims.
- Knowledge in cost to complete
- Ability to work with any version of Auto CAD, Abode InDesign, Revit (moderate)
- Ability to work with any version of MS Office (word, excel, power point and access)
- Ability to work with any version of Plan Swift & Cost X.
- Preparation of contractual letters.
- Involving in procurement works, price comparison for the site based procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 xe2x80x93 5 years experience
- Experience in design and building projects
- Well versed in contractual terms and conditions, FDIC & method of measurements especially CESSM.
- Experience in Measurements, cost comparisons
