Lincoln Star Real Estate Development is a leading firm in the UAE, specializing in innovative real estate solutions. We are committed to excellence in project delivery and are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a civil engineering background to manage costs and contracts for our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE real estate market, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a car for site visits.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for new projects.
• Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain detailed records of project expenditures and financial transactions.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide accurate reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience minimum as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and project management principles.
• Valid UAE driver's license and access to a car.

Language Requirements :

• Fluent in English.
