Job Description

We are looking for a Quality surveyor
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality surveying or quality control within the UAE construction industry. Experience in managing quality assurance processes and understanding UAE construction laws is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and identify deviations from quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Proficient in quality management software and tools used in the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Good understanding of construction processes, specifications, and procedures.
