Reputed Developer based on Dubai is looking for a professional QS who can join immediately.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
• BSc in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Civil Engineering
• Experience:
• 7-10 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• Previous experience in a Consultant/Developer background
• Core Skills & Expertise:
• Expertise in Take-off and Preparing Budgets
• Proven experience in Reviewing Payments and Variation Orders
• Familiarity with Plain Swift, AutoCAD, and BIM Take-off
• Preparing BOQ by studying specifications, conditions, and drawings
• Professional proficiency in Preparing Measurements for internal finishes on projects
• Hands-on experience with High-Rise Building Projects
• Ability to work individually and efficiently
• Location:
• Currently based in the UAE
• Available to join immediately

Preferred/Additional Requirements:

• RICS Membership (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
• Experience in working with Top-Tier Cost Consultants in the UAE
• Expertise in Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) fields
• Experience in Contract Administration and FIDIC 99
