We are seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess experience in quantity surveying and estimation within the construction industry, with a strong focus on project management and cost control.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and specifications.
• Monitor project costs and financial performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation and proposals.
• Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs.
• Manage contracts and variations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare progress claims and final accounts for projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office applications.
