Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing all aspects of construction project costs. This includes estimating, budgeting, and controlling expenditures to ensure the project is completed within financial constraints. The QS also evaluates contractor bids, prepares contracts, and oversees progress to maintain cost efficiency without compromising on quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost Estimation and Budgeting: o Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
