We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Ras Al Khor office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying within the electromechanical or MEP & Civil sector and a strong understanding of the local construction market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE, with a focus on electromechanical works (MEP) & Civil.

Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, regulations , and local market practices for electromechanical works.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex cost data and offer solutions.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and the ability to estimate costs for electromechanical works including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
