Job Description

AL GHURAIR CONTRACTING & ENGINEERING WORKS LLC (AGCEW) is currently looking for Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

• Having at least 3 years progressive experience in the Civil construction industry in UAE.
• Must be essentially proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Plan swift is a must. Working knowledge in CCS/Candy Software is a plus.
• Excellent technical grounding in Quantity Surveying, Estimation and Tendering.
• Prepares Technical, Commercial, and other documents required for Tender submission.
• Carry out enquiries and reviews quotations from different subcontractors and suppliers to avail the best market price.
• Prepares the analysis for variations as per revised drawings / specifications.
• Verifies subcontractor claims and invoice for Payment Certificate processing.
• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar.
