Job Vacancy: MALE Quantity Surveyor

Our Company is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. If you have 3-4 years of experience and a strong background in the construction industry in UAE, this can be your chance!

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in the UAE as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, construction methods, and materials.-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and cost estimation software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• with UAE Driving License
• Must be MALE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide accurate project forecasts.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage and monitor budgets, expenditure, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and engineers to ensure accurate project delivery.
• Assess and manage project risks and advise on contractual matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
