ARCO is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor specializing in interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the GCC/UAE region, with a strong understanding of the interior fit-out industry and a proven ability to manage project costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Estimations: Provide accurate cost estimates and prepare bills of quantities for interior fit-out projects.
• Tendering: Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders, including reviewing contractor bids and providing cost analysis.
• Contract Administration: Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and specifications.
• Valuations: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Cost Reporting: Produce detailed cost reports and financial statements, highlighting any variances from the budget and providing recommendations for cost control.
• Procurement: Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Change Management: Manage and evaluate changes in project scope, preparing variation orders and cost implications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the interior fit-out industry in the GCC/UAE region.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and cost control methods.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
