The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor payments.
• Ensure compliance with financial and contractual regulations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
