Job Description

• ?Conducts comprehensive quality control and provides regular project updates
• ?Monitors ongoing and prospective project statuses
• ?Performs tendering and estimation for upcoming projects
• ?Conducts cost analysis and comparisons for suppliers and subcontractors
• ?Manages overall project , budget, and expenses
• ?Implements value engineering to eliminate unwanted costs
• ?Reviewing project contract documents

SKILLS

• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

QUALIFICATION & EXPERINCE

- Civil Engineering Graduate

• UAE/ GCC QS: 4 years (Required)
