Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Civil infrastructure projects (drainage, water pipelines, sewerages, etc.)
Must have uae experience in Quantity surveying.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs using industry-standard software.
Monitor project expenditures, implement cost control measures, and ensure budget adherence.
Prepare and manage tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities and ensure accurate progress reporting.
Analyze and negotiate contract terms, variations, and claims.
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
5+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with a focus on wet services.
Proficiency in quantity surveying and project management software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
