Cost Planning and Estimating:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
• Develop cost control strategies and track project expenses.
Tendering and Procurement:
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts and bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Contract Management:
• Administer contracts and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
• Assess contractor performance and manage variations, claims, and disputes.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and financial statements.
Valuation and Payments:
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and evaluate work completed.
• Prepare interim and final valuation reports for payment.
• Certify contractor payments and manage cash flow.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential financial and contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide advice on contractual and financial matters to clients and project managers.
Cost Control and Reporting:
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within agreed limits.
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A COST CONSULTANT IS HIGHLY PREFERRED!!!
3. MINIMUM 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN QUANTITY SURVEYING, SPECIFICALLY IN INFRATRUCTURE PROJECTS!!!

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
