Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will manage project finances, prepare cost estimates, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate quotations from contractors and suppliers.
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms with vendors.
- Prepare and submit valuations and final project accounts.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support project objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in quantity surveying or construction projects.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and construction estimation software.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
