Job Description

• Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs) for ongoing panel projectsAnalyze and estimate material and labor costs
• Manage and track project budgetsLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project accuracy
• Prepare and submit tender documents
• Assist with project planning and scheduling
• Conduct takeoffs and measurements from drawings and specifications
• Manage variations and claims processes
• Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (Civil Engineering preferred)
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE construction industry
• Proven experience in preparing and managing BOQsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Valid UAE Driving License
• Experience with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD) a plus
