Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preferably knowledgeable in Procurement processes. Sending inquiry, reviewing quotation & preparing comparative statements and issuing purchase orders
• Knowledge of subcontractors running bills
• Preparing and following up until orbiting consultant approval for project Client's payment certificates.
• Preparing time & cost variations.
• Preparation of Project Budgets / BOQ
• Preparation weekly / monthly site progress reports
• Effective communication with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Issuing communications with Consultant/ Client/ Subcontractors
• Knowledge of Local Authorities Regulations / Applying NOC's
Qualifications:
• Computer Knowledge: Word / Excel / MS Project / Plan Swift and AutoCAD etc
• Preferably Bachelors Degree Graduate
• Preferably with minimum of 4 years UAE Experience as Civil Engineer in Building Construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
