Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. They will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate cost estimation and project budgeting. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in quantity surveying or related field
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
