Job Description

The Role

• He must have experience in all facets of quantity surveying, including cost planning, quantity takeoff, preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format, estimating, claim, evaluation, negotiation, general post-contract rates, taking over certificates and Defects Liability Certificates of Contracts related to sewerage and drainage and irrigation works.


Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License. o Relevant tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS preferred o Professional Qualifications; e.g., MRICS Ten years of experience in quantity surveying o Valid UAE Driving License. o Available to join Immediately
