Job Description

The Role

: - Prepare cost planning and cost Estimates - Handle pre & post contract calculations, quantity take-off and correspondence - Prepare tender documents, addendum, analysis & negotiation & prepare the cost budgets and prices for contract variations - Monitor the project cost and preparation of cost reports - Propose the preliminary concept and estimated cost of the project, exercise skill, care, and diligence

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An emerging real estate development company specializing in high-rise residential towers across the UAE.
