Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveyor Duties:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project requirements and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

Project Manager Duties:

• Plan and oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor on-site progress and address any challenges to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and legal requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, budgets, and schedules for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying and/or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and market trends.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and project management software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
