Job Description

:- We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator to join our team in the fit-out construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing project budgets and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :-

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material procurement
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Analyze project specifications, drawings and other documents to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Provide value engineering solution to optimize project costs.
• Prepare and present project proposals and bids.

Qualifications and experience requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying and estimation, Construction management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years experience in managing BOQ preparation, estimation, payment certificate for subcontractors, initiation of progress payment report through the entire life cycle of a project.
• Proficiency in cost estimating and budget management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building regulations
• Experience in both fit-out and construction industry is mandatory in UAE market (especially Dubai emirates)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Commercial awareness and understanding of market trends and pricing fluctuations.
• Knowledge in FIDIC will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be available in UAE to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Dubai Driving License (Required)
