Job Description

We, Instyle Creations Technical Works LLC, Dubai seeking a talented and experienced Draftsman with QS/Estimation knowledge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have intense background in designing and detailing for interior fit-out projects, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Set up detailed 3D designs and AutoCAD drawings for fit-out projects.
• Utilize computer-aided design software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• In charge of all QS/Costing activities for the project, including design cost estimates, BOQ preparation, Pre-tender estimates, Tender preparation, tender analysis, Quotations, Contract documents, and Letters of intent.
• Interpret rough sketches, specifications, and calculations provided by engineers and architects to develop comprehensive drawings that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand design objectives, incorporate feedback, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Review drawings for compliance with technical specifications, building codes, and industry standards, making revisions and modifications as necessary.
• Prepare supporting documentation such as material lists, assembly instructions, and project reports to accompany drawings.
• Manage workload effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings on schedule.
• Qualifications:
• Civil Engineering Degree holder or equivalent
• With at least 3 years of experience in the construction industries in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
