We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor cum Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, particularly in civil engineering projects, and possess strong skills in both quantity surveying and document control.

•Responsibilities:•
- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including measurement, estimation, and cost analysis for construction projects.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations based on project specifications and requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project-related activities, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all project documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage document flow and ensure compliance with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and financial statements.

•Requirements:•
- Proven knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying and document control, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Visit visa will be entertained.
