Job Description

Lead Project Estimation, Contract management, costing and procurement. Ability to read civil drawings and create detailed accurate estimates and quotation. Create Take off quantities for civil elements using manual methods (e.g. AutoCAD), aligning with pricing preambles. Prepare tender BOQ with detailed descriptions Evaluate and certify sub contractors payment certificates Analyze and compare bids, ensuring clarity on exclusions and qualifications Develop detailed BOQ according to drawings and specifications Collaborate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing . Compile comprehensive tender submissions. Generate Interim/Final payment applications based on site progress for clients. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients , contractors and sub contractors. Collaborate with supervisors to determine actual quantity requirements based on site conditions. Conduct Subcontractor bid evaluations and prepare subcontract agreements. Maintain excellent communications with clients and vendors.

*Previous experience as a Cost Estimation Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
