Moon Way General Contracting is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor minimum 2 to 5 years required in UAE experience to immediate join our team ! In this role you will get to performs a variety of standard estimating activities on an assigned project/program.

Evaluating tender documents i.e., Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and other documentations

Quantity takeoff for all civil elements based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BOQ with description.

Review and draft contracts, subcontracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Monitor project costs and expenses, analyze cost variances, and implement cost control measures.

Conduct risk analysis and provide advice on mitigating financial risks.

Prepare and submit interim valuations, payment applications and final financial accounts for clients and consultant

Review and assess variations, claims, and contractual issues related to cost management.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with budgetary requirements.

Provide advice and guidance on cost-saving measures and value engineering.
