Job Description

We are urgently hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor ( CIVIL ) for one of our construction Projects in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and a proven track record in quantity surveying. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

Immediate Joiners required.

Requirements:-

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or a related field
• 6-7 years of quantity surveying experience in constructions companies in the UAE/GCC.
• At least 4 years of UAE experience in building construction projects like High-rise buildings, Mixed Use Development, Star hotels, etc. is mandatory.
• Proficient in cost quantity takeoff software and tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capable of monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs.
• Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
• Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying or construction management is preferable.
