• Accurately measure and calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, overheads, and other costs.
• Review and assess contract terms and conditions related to costs and payment schedules.
• Assist in managing contractual claims and disputes related to cost and quantities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports, detailing project costs, variations, and forecasts for clients and senior management.
• After project completion, review and analyze the actual costs versus estimates, documenting lessons learned for future projects.
