Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and remain within the allocated budget.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers .
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met and handle any contract-related issues or disputes that may arise.

Cost Control and Reporting:

• Track and manage project expenses, identifying any cost overruns and implementing corrective measures.
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting any potential financial risks.

Tendering and Procurement:

• Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and drawings.

Valuation and Payment:

• Conduct interim valuations and prepare payment applications to ensure contractors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
• Certify completed work and manage the final account settlement at the end of the project.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Assess the financial impact of any project changes or delays and advise on suitable solutions.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend project meetings to provide input on financial and contractual matters.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices.

Client Liaison:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing advice on cost-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are informed about the project's financial status.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have minimum 3 years Dubai work experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements
• Leadership skills, analytical skill & attention to detail required
• Bachelor's in civil engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
