Job Description

MEP Contracting Company in Al Ain is looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of MEP works. They should also have a creative mindset and be able to think outside the box to solve problems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms.
• Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.
• Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of experience in the field of (MEP works).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong maths, numerical and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Creative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
