A reputed Landscaping & Irrigation company based in Dubai requires Quantity Surveyor who has experience in Landscaping & Irrigation to do Pre & Post contract works

Note: Only apply who has experience in Landscaping Field and who can handle the job independently

Major Duties & Responsibilities

? Responsible for all the QS/Costing activities in the project including design cost estimates, BOQ preparation, pre-tender estimates, tender preparation, tender analysis, contract documentation and LOI, contractor bill certification, variation analysis.

? Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of Contractors monthly payment applications and in finalizing the payment certificates, performing and checking of measurement of Work for Interim Payments, Work executed against Provisional Sums & Variations.

? Prepare the progress invoice for every month for each project until completion to keep track of all jobs completed (and their costs), prepare and submit the claim to the main contractor/client/consultant for approval, receive the value certificate for the agreed value and forward the same to accounts for further action.

? Prepare the payment certificates for sub-contractors once value certificates are received and based on the jobs completed; arrange to pay them according to terms specified in their contracts

? Request / sources for quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers.

? Handle and closing of tender for submission on-time

? Monitor, Prepare and submit progress claim and variation orders.

? Review construction subcontracts between company and subcontractors including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures.

? Verifies As-Built Drawings against actual completed work before submission to the Client.

? Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
