• To prepare initial cost estimate.
• To prepare tender documents and bills of quantities.
• To float tender and attend to tenders queries.
• To prepare tender analysis report and conduct tender clarification meetings and negotiation.
• To prepare contract documents.
• To prepare running bills and statement and completion.
• To assist site staff in contractual issues.
Skills:
• Bsc. Q.S. (if preferable)
• Strong personality
• Expert in FIDIC
• Good negotiator
Experience :
Candidates having 2-3 UAE Experience is Mandatory
