Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Civil

Location: UAE

Salary: 8 to 10K

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in UAE, Total 7-8 years in Building Contracting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
• Prepare, negotiate, and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
• Coordinate work effort and manage project timelines.
• Advise on legal and contractual issues related to construction projects.
• Value completed work and arrange for payments.
• Track changes to design and construction work, adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities with architects and clients.
• Assist in establishing client requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control during construction.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with CCS Candy for estimating and project control.
• Experience in architectural projects.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials, and contract law.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
