Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, and 3D modelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilizing AutoCAD and 3D modelling software for project designs .V Important.
• Preparing, managing, and reviewing project cost estimates.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate cost management.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Managing cost control and financial planning for projects.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and 3D design.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
