We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of BOQ. Review and checking the BOQ at the starting of the work. Prepare the Eng. Measurement for the quantities of the finished works. Assist in all matters relating to the financial and contractual aspects of the project. Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the work in the projects. Preparation of variation orders. Maintain and streamline all cost and quantity records. Take measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities. Evaluate the unit rates for new work items and present for review. Demonstrate familiarity with various forms of construction contracts, such as FIDIC. Analyse cost implications of design changes. Identify and propose value engineering solutions. Participate in the Evaluate contractual claims. Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of entitlement of Contractors claims for review and issuance. Advice on contractual matters related to financial issues. Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation. Monitor the contractor's resource allocation. Preparation of financial statements for monthly report. Partake in the auditing of payments to Contractors. Monitor contracts final cost estimates. Check and record measurements of completed work.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or Civil Engineering and minimum 7 years demonstrable experience in Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration

Must be available in UAE Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
