Qualification:

Minimum 4 years' experience in UAE

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any relative field

Proficient in Microsoft office, Auto CAD 2D

Waterproofing experience is a plus

:

Prepares the LPO

Taking all measurements for all projects

Double checking and verifying measurements for all projects

Arranging with site QS for joint measurements

Submitting Measurements to office (Management) for Invoicing

Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).

Prepares Shop Drawings

Site Measurement for progress Invoice.

Visit the site and check with the foreman/Supervisor for the work done at site.

Collect the Delivery note to calculate Materials delivered monthly.

Calculating the Wastage Reports.

Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.

Calculating complicated Lumpsum quantities.
