Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with at least 8 years of experience, specifically in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Conduct cost estimations and feasibility studies.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Monitor project costs and provide cost-saving solutions.
• Manage contract documents and variations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost management.
• Proficient in industry-standard QS software.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
