The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will play a vital role in managing project costs, preparing estimates, and providing advice on contractual matters while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of upcoming projects and provide insights for decision-making. - Manage and maintain project budgets, monitor costs, and report on financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop effective cost control measures. - Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and adhered to. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating any financial risks or discrepancies. - Provide advice on procurement strategies and assist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers. - Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP Management, or a related field. - A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the electrical industry. - Strong knowledge of MEP contracts, procurement processes, and industry regulations. - Proficient in cost estimation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. - Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIQS) is a plus. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. - A proactive approach to work with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. - Fresher Candidate also can apply.
