We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our growing portfolio of infrastructure and roadworks projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for road and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide regular cost reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
• Track and monitor project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate reporting and smooth execution.
• Perform site measurements and attend site meetings as necessary.
• Identify and manage project variations and potential cost savings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in roads and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BoQ preparation.
• Familiarity with industry software (e.g., CostX, MS Excel).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and safety regulations is a plus.
